Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience

  • Extensive experience in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world challenges, demonstrating a passion for tackling exciting problems

  • Proficient programming skills in C/C++ and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

  • Familiarity with various data science tools, including Python scripting, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, jupyter notebooks, bash scripting, and a Linux environment

Responsibilities

  • Leverage computing clusters to train machine learning and deep learning models for visual recognition tasks, such as segmentation and detection

  • Optimize deep neural networks and related preprocessing/postprocessing code to achieve efficient execution on embedded devices, enhancing real-time capabilities

  • Pioneer the development of state-of-the-art algorithms in diverse areas, encompassing deep learning, object detection/classification, tracking, multi-task learning, large-scale distributed training, multi-sensor fusion, dense depth estimation, and more
